So yea it's my birthday and I decided it was time to do an oil change since my amsoil synthetic oil showed up. I replaced both the diesel engine oil with amsoil synthetic marine diesel engine oil and the transmission with full synthetic. I had been leaning this way for quite sometime, if for no other reason then the fact that the synth oil won't mix with water like dino in the event some water gets in there. Also the tranny fluid synth dissipates a shitload more heat then regular dino.

no I get the napa golds, i have like 10 of them in my spares lol. I have never really been into the amsoil stuff, but I looked into their diesel oil and it seems to be pretty damn good.

There's a new Canadian Tire that opened up here, it's one of two in canada it's like a super-sized version (like a walmart/pepboys) to my surprise they had Amsoil! Right there on the shelf!!!!

I think I know what the Jetta is gonna get (IMG:http://www.nopistons.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'm using Royal Purple 15W40 (diesel oil) in the RX7 just because everything diesel is just so hardcore good!
