ive got an 87 ae86, and i'm almost done putting in my 13b from my 84 gsl-se. i've also got an 86 n/a motor and tranny in my garage, i was wondering if anyone thinks it would be worth the trouble to rebuild and turbo the 86 engine and mount it in the ae86, i have a t3/4 hybrid on hand(light body, powerful engine). let me know what everyone thinks

my bad, i guess this topic kinda doesnt belong in this forum since the only first gen related issue is the engine in there now, sorry.

Well since it's here I'll take the liberty of commenting that a GSL-SE 13B with a good carb and header should get you 160hp+, which would already be a ton of fun in an 86 Don't want to overpower them, unless you're just building a drag car.

Looks like it's sitting back in there quite nicely. Did you have to enlarge the trans tunnel at all?
