Klassen fd

Hey guys I guess this will be my introduction as a new member as well as introducing my new to me fd. Been out of the import scene for a few years now but when the opportunity came up to buy this car I jumped on it. Always wanted an fd and this one kinda fell in my lap so why not. My brother lives a few provinces over in Alberta while I'm in Ontario (Canada). The car belonged to a friend of his so through him I bought the car off his buddy. I haven't received the car yet as I'm still trying to line up shipping but I had my brother go over it because he's a mechanic. It's rust free with 59k on the odometer and seems to be in good mechanical condition. The owner knew very little about the car but from what I've been able to gather from looking at the pics it has the following upgrades.
-xs engineering turbo kit
-re wheels
-body kit unknown
-apexi fc
-blitz sequential boost controller
-trust exhaust 3" the whole way I believe
-hvac controls relocated
-a gauge for just about everything
-roll bar
-couple other things
I have a few questions I was hoping I could get some help with. Why would it have a sequential boost controller if it's running a single turbo? Can anyone identify the aero? Is the rad shroud with the Dyno graph provided in the xs engineering kit or is it a custom piece?, Did I do alright by paying 6k for the car?, And why is that vacuum line capped in the pic of the waste gate? This is a great site and I've been doing a lot of reading. I hope I can get to the point where I can gain enough knowledge that I'll actually be able to contribute.
