Default electrical gremlins!

so I have been having this problem where my headlights pop up and down randomly. I replaced the tns and it did nothing. I checked the headlight relay and found it to be the cause. now that being said I unplugged the headlight relay the lights stopped popping up and down randomly. I plugged it back in and turned the multi switch and the dash lights blinked and went out. now I have no running lights or head lights. the high beams work fine. I checked all the fuses and the look good. also the 15amp inside the car for the tails was good.. I cant for the life of me figure this out. Is there another fuse panel in the dash that im missing? did I blow the multi switch somehow... please help!!!!!

update: so the car has a new tns and a new headlight relay. the headlights do not pop up randomly anymore. however I still do not have running lights or low beam headlights. I have the high beam (passing light). I also have turn signals and brake lights but not tail lights.. I have checked all fuses what else could this be? anybody please!

Are you sure you checked all the fuses and relays? The only thing I could possibly think of is that there's a bad ground somewhere.
